How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days to the US. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Asia and the US. Depending on stock availability, we choose the fastest route.

Can I return the wig if I don’t like it?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days if the product is unused and in original condition.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll resolve it immediately.

Will the wig look natural?
Yes. Our wigs feature a natural-looking lace hairline and realistic parting.
Is this wig beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. ModeMuse wigs are designed to be easy to wear, even for first-time users.
Can I restyle the wig?
Our synthetic wigs can handle heat up to 100°C (212°F). Avoid excessive styling to maintain shape.
Is it comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes. The cap is lightweight and breathable, designed for long wear.
Does it shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal. With proper care, tangling is reduced.

How do I wear a lace wig?
Simply adjust the straps, place the wig, and style as needed. You can also use glue for extra security.
How do I choose the right length?
Short (12–14") = natural Medium (16–20") = everyday Long (22"+) = glam
How do I care for a synthetic wig?
Use mild shampoo, air dry, and avoid high heat.
