1) Processing Time (Order Handling)

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Note: Processing time is different from shipping time.

2) Shipping Time (Estimated Delivery)

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Canada / Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Other Countries: 10–20 business days

Delivery time depends on your location, local customs, and carrier performance.

3) Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on most orders.
If a shipping fee applies, it will be shown at checkout before payment.

4) Where We Ship From

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Asia and the US.
Depending on stock availability, we choose the fastest route to deliver your order.

5) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you can’t find the tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

6) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by address errors provided at checkout.

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

8) Delays & Exceptions

Shipping delays can happen due to:

  • carrier disruptions
  • weather events
  • customs inspections
  • peak season volume

If your package seems delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you check the latest status.

9) Lost / Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first
  • then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist
